What Our Guarantee Does Not Cover:

Improper Wall Preparation (If Not Done by Us) – Poorly prepared walls can affect adhesion. We recommend professional preparation for best results.


Environmental Factors – Moisture, humidity and heat exposure can impact wallpaper integrity. We can advise on the best materials for different environments.


Incorrect Cleaning or Handling – Harsh chemicals and improper cleaning can cause damage. Always follow care guidelines.


General Wear and Tear or Ageing – Fading, discolouration and minor wear occur over time.


Manufacturer Defects – Issues with the wallpaper itself, such as material flaws, are the supplier’s responsibility, but we will assist in liaising with them.
